Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. Please note the Thames Water works are extensive and are to upgrade water services to the general area. The works include extensive excavations and complexities also. The current traffic management has been agreed with Tfl and has passed our safety criteria and is visited regularly. We liaise with Thames Water to ensure compliance and for updates. Additionally the locale is on an arterial westbound route hence we to understand some disruption may occur during this. please be assure the works are essential and for the benefit of residents and the environment If the issue persists, please raise another report or contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234.
