Tree needs maintaining its dangerous

I reported this issue 2 years ago the got worse now you have branches hanging in my back garden that I can grab it blocks the whole light to my house Iv also attached a broken branch as your busses are getting damaged everytime they drive past please can you come and prune the tree the broken branch is from a buss driving past thanks

Please note we will monitor the tree growth and action as appropriate. Excessive pruning could potentially kill trees. Annual tree surveys are conducted also. We will review and action as required Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. The low hanging branches have been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. Any necessary action will be taken in the next 28 days.
