I reported this to Hounslow Council. Hounslow Council have investigated the matter and attended site to confirm that this vegetation is coming from TfL land at the Underpass and is causing a health and safety concern for pedestrians and cyclists using the Underpass at Sutton Lane South under Great West Road, Chiswick, and Sutton Lane South public footway and carriageway. Please would you arrange to carry out works as a matter of urgency where vegetation is impeding the safe passage of public highway users? Nearest address: Opposite 57 Sutton Lane South, Chiswick
