Temporary traffic lights are out it has caused gridlock
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7643922.
We've been stuck in the Herbert road car park for 4 hours, the issue is caused by the temporary traffic lights.
There are families with small children on site we need traffic management on site now to clear this issue as no one can leave the car park and people keep queuing to join which is causing more traffic.
