A very poor response to raised action - ''Graffiti damage and poor condition of Planters and varnished traffic control boxes''. Persons attending to the damaged planters and boxes not only failed to complete a satisfactory repair...in additional decided to paint over graffiti to Portland stone to the building, with white paint (private building) causing additional/greater damage.
