Dangerous Crossing

We appreciate the new green man that’s been put in place! Thank you so much. However, because of the heavy traffic and cars trying to get out of the yellow box junction, the crossing is completely blocked most of the time. When bigger vehicles block the road, it’s difficult to see the green man and very difficult to cross, especially if you are in a wheelchair or pushing a baby pram. It’s very dangerous to cross and we are also worried about oncoming bikes or motorcycles filtering through the gaps whilst the green man is active.
Maybe you can implement a longer yellow box junction or anything to help the pedestrians safely cross the road. Thank you!
