Drain is blocked on pathway outside 3 Norbreck Gardens, along the North Circular Road.
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7671835.
The drain on the public pathway outside 3 Norbreck Gardens (North Circular Road, NW10 7HS) is blocked with mud and possibly detritus. The resident I spoke with said the drain has been blocked for months, and when it rains the foot path becomes badly flooded. The Local Authority, Ealing Council, have advised that they are not responsible for the drainage beside the North Circular Road.
