Delay and lack of service – request for compensation

Hello,
On the night of 06:06/2025, I was trying to travel from [Greenford] to [Hounslow] using TfL services. However, due to unexpected road closures and lack of service ,bus did not arrive as scheduled, I was unable to get home. I had to wait outside until approximately 3 hours and eventually was forced to take a taxi due to no alternative TfL options available. The transport status online showed no closures or disruptions at the time, which left me completely unprepared. This experience was not only stressful but also physically uncomfortable due to the cold weather.
I am requesting a refund or compensation for the failed service,. I can provide a taxi receipt if necessary.
