Faulty Pedestrian Crossing Button – Acton Lane & Avenue Road, Acton

Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 08:13, Wednesday 11 June 2025

TfL ref: FMS7691818.

I am writing to report a faulty pedestrian crossing at the junction of Acton Lane and Avenue Road in Acton.

The pedestrian crossing button on the corner is missing, which means pedestrians are currently unable to request a signal to cross safely. This poses a risk, particularly during busy times when traffic is heavy.

I have attached photos to assist in identifying the exact location and nature of the issue.

I would appreciate it if this could be investigated and repaired as soon as possible to ensure the safety of pedestrians using this crossing.

Please let me know if any further information is needed.

Kind regards, Clarissa Follmann
