Constant horning and traffic light crossing very loud!

Reported via mobile in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 19:44, Friday 13 June 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7707016.

To whom it may concern,

I am a resident at weyman court, rectory park avenue. I am getting very stressed and frustrated at the constant horning and the traffic light pedestrian call button which makes such a loud beeping sound!!! I have two children one who is 9 months old and the other is 2. I have been taking videos which show what we have to live with because of the positioning of the traffic lights, drivers are constantly horning. I have to sleep with the windows closed due to it waking my babies up especially the LOUD beeping sound from the traffic lights even then with the windows closed you can still hear it which is not normal! It is getting hot and having to sleep with windows closed is not good at all. Can this be looked in to urgently and changed asap.

The issue is when people are turning right from broadmead road they stop at the traffic light on Ruislip road thinking it is red for them, when it isn’t it is red for the cars on Ruislip road!

Kind regards Anisah
