Traffic lights not working on crossroad

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7710496.

The temporary traffic lights in place (because normal lights aren’t working) at this 4 way junction are out. Very dangerous as cars are coming from all directions. The crossroads between Farley road and addington road
