Pedestrian lights not working at all

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7714645.

Pedestrian green lights are not coming on at all. The traffic cycle is repeating without pedestrians having a chance to cross. This is a major school crossing with two nurseries and one secondary school. Can be highly dangerous.
