  Absolute chaos and agents driving with 2 schools within the vicinity. No marshals in sight or temporary traffic lights out in place.

• So technician has attended twice but nothing has been done. No updates from TFL. Surely temporary lights should have been installed to stop another major collision but typical TFL do nothing. Fix it. Also I wish to report the noise pollution from constant car horns as they get stuck.
