Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7813293.

Bus shelter station does not show countdown. This has been going on for a long time and nothing has been rectified. Please can you sort out the problem. This is the Plympton Road bus stop along Willesden Lane. Many thanks.
