Countdown still not working - it's not been fixed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7814279.

Countdown unit still not working at stop H Westminster Registration Office towards Euston (stop 3254, ID 1323). It shows an error message. Please can this be investigated and fixed accordingly, it has been faulty for weeks now.
