Roadworks causing chaos

These Cadent Gas roadworks are causing chaos and misery for all local residents. They have been going on far too long - meant to finish 4 July and I now see it’s been extended to 11 July. What’s worse is never anyone working on them’ Cadent Gas should be working 24/7 to get these finished in time and yet they work 10-4 weekdays at a push. This road is managed by TfL and not Richmond Council, so what exactly are you doing to hurry this sorry situation along?

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. The team are in regular contact with Cadent Gas in regards to these works and receiving daily updates on the works. The site manager has advised due to the difficulty of the job, they have now placed signs advising residents “Specialist work been undertaking, not always visible onsite”.
