Red lights keep operating on a short cycle

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7824052.
This is STILL happening, and is becoming dangerous, as regular drivers are starting to ignore these frequent red signals.
As you can see from the photo, there are no pedestrians, but the call signal light has gone on.
