We manage the property at 161 Kings Cross Road, WC1X 9BN, and are preparing to carry out external works. However, there is a large, overgrown tree directly in front of the building that is currently obstructing the erection of scaffolding. We kindly request that you assess and arrange for the tree to be trimmed back as soon as possible to enable the works to proceed without delay. Please let us know if you require any further information or would like to arrange a site visit.
