Dangerous repair work

Repair work has made a dangerous trap in the road. I crashed my bike hard going over it tonight, the angle of it kicked my front wheel up in the air and the back followed. Needs fixing ASAP before someone gets seriously injured, I will be following up separately about my injuries and damages

If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours.
