Flooded subway - forcing pedestrians with baby in arms and schoo children to cross above, dual carriageway. Serious safety problem for pedestrians and drivers.

  • This should be taken as a matter of utter urgency and residents deserve a clear and transparent update on the repair schedule. The Subway was flooded three times in the last 2 weeks alone, as reported directly via email on July 7 and 16 (see photos attached), and now (yesterday). Residents are increasingly angry that authorities haven’t yet fixed the broken drainage system and keep putting vulnerable pedestrians and drivers at risk, despite years of reports and complaints.
