Over grown bush

The flowerbed between highworth and Warwick rd along the side of the north circular has a bush which has become massively overgrown and is blocking the view when pulling out of Highworth rd onto the north circular. It’s an accident waiting to happen. It needs to be regularly cut as is an ongoing problem.
