Temporary traffic light stuck on red

I would like to report a serious issue with the temporary traffic lights currently in place. The lights appear to be stuck on red, causing confusion and congestion. This poses a significant risk of accidents, especially during busy periods. Drivers have been beeping and attempting to proceed without clear signals, which increases the danger for both road users and pedestrians. Please could this be addressed as a matter of urgency to ensure public safety. Location: Albany street - Towards towards Cumberland terrace (near Chester gate) Many thanks
