Removed part of the embankment of the A217

Neighbour have dug out part of the embankment, at the rear of the garden, dug a 3 foot deep trench the entire length of the garden, filled it in with concrete without any planning permission, and dumped the excess earth and concrete which they have removed from the internal house floor.
