Lack of traffic management

Very busy junction, only 2 way traffic control causing dangerous incidents of vehicles blocking road trying to pull out and ignoring red signals and cutting in from side roads then getting stuck with oncoming traffic, cars and buses mounting the pavement. Should be 4 way traffic control. Also there is no temporary bus stop.
