Overgrown Vegetation Damaging Fence

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS8090640.
The trees in this area, which we believe is owned by TfL, have overgrown and have damaged the fence belonging to us at 15-17 Rickard Close NW4 4XH.
Please can you contact me (building manage of Rickard Close) and make arrangements to cut back these trees.

Please can you provide us with an update? The trees on your property are causing damage to the fence and creating a health and safety hazard for our residents.
Please can you update us on when these will be cut back?
