No action taken on overgrown Ivy over the pavement in Barford Close, NW4 4XG, despite being told it has been fixed

Hi,
On June 18th, I reported an overgrown Ivy over the pavement in Barford Close, NW4 4XG as soon as you enter the street (ref: 7730179).
On August 13th, you declared the problem was fixed, but nothing has been done and the Ivy is still exactly the same.
Can you please look into why this hasn't been fixed despite being told it has, because people are having to walk on the road instead of on the pavement which is a hazard for both vehicles and pedestrians.
