Dangerous Tree Branch

Tree danger on the A1 Falloden way REVISED Location; It is about 1/3rd of the way along the A1 (Falloden way) between Addison way (the Traffic Lights) and Henlys Corner on the LEFT while driving towards Henlys Corner on Falloden way (the A1).
A large branch is hanging down to the kerb and is dead. If it falls it will fall into the road and be a safety hazard. At night this is a dark road. (Barnet has referred me to you).
