Poor timing of new roadworks

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS8143488.

I would have hoped that TFL could coordinate their activities such that new roadworks are not setup on the South Circular Road in a section where it is single lane traffic on day 2 of a Tube strike. Surely you could have foreseen additional, heavy traffics during a Tube strike and delayed the roadworks until the strike is over?
