Tree been cut down

Hi i am from 22 Bishopsgate One of the trees that we are responsible for maintaining was cut down by 2 Men who would appear to be council/TFL employees Can we confirm that they are/are not employed by yourselves. it was at 05.40 on 09.09.25 they were driving a white Iveco van RA73YRU with a cage on the back
