Tree at location is damaged

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS8155666.

A bough has slit off from the tree and fallon over the foot path and a open green space. The tree is now unbalanced with more boughs hand branches over hanging the A217 and should be inspected by an expert
