Traffic light stuck on red

On 13.08.2025 at about 16-17 o’clock not sure at the junction of 801 great Cambridge Carterhatch Lane, the traffic light for right turn was stuck on red for about 10 minutes. During this time, other lanes had green signals changing normally, but the light for my lane never turned green. This created long queues and confusion, as drivers were unsure how to proceed.

The faulty signal caused a safety concern, as some vehicles attempted to change lanes or move into other traffic flows. Please could this traffic light be inspected and repaired to prevent further problems?
