Loud work noises occurring late at night

Roadworks being done between the hours of 9 and 10:30 on Latchmere Road - always drilling causing excessive noise at an unsociable hour. Has occurred at least 3 times over past month

    Works continuing past 11pm, works said they will be there another 30min or so. Started before 9pm. Drilling and lights flashing from 2 vans. Has happened on a several occasions now at night time
