To the attention of Southwark Council:

A junction box is needed here because Tower Bridge Road is free from the congestion charge, so all the cars traveling to the east side are using Tower Bridge Road. This is causing heavy traffic. If someone wants to go from Great Dover Street to Old Kent Road, it is almost impossible to pass this junction. Please, someone, look into this matter.
