Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS8183621.

Boarded 71 bus in Gilders Road 1106am which proceeded to junction with Moor Lane. Waited three minutes ; although Moor Lane signals changed no green sequence given to Gilders Road hence traffic built up which causes congestion due to SUV's permanently parked opposite bus stop cage. Firstbus driver eventually pulled into Moor Lane whilst signals continued to show red aspect.
