Large Dead Poplar Dropped Large Limb onto Dual Carriage Way

A large dead poplar which has been dead for several years and previously reported has dropped a large limb onto the carriage way. The limb has been moved to the central reservation but this tree needs to be removed before it drops more limbs or fails completely
