The pedestrian wait time is excessively long I would say about 5 mins wait, even when no cars are present and pedestrians are forced to cross dangerously. The 2 traffic lights at Woodford High Road by the pond. One opposite the pharmacy the other opposite the post office. Please could this be looked at immediately.
