Defective carriageway - Road breaking up and dropping

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS8237223.

Just after Fiveways Corner ; Great North Way Leading to Finchley and to Greenlands Lane (Barnet Copthall) the roadway is cracking /dropping and breaking away and needs urgent attention. This has been there for the last 2 months and is slowing getting worse
