Traffic lights at end of green lane into central road are continuously stuck on red. Even though this has been reported the problem remains.

Traffic lights at end of green lane are getting stuck on red or taking 7 mins to change causing a very long backup of cars on green lane. This has been reported but told there’s nothing wrong but there clearly is
