Illegal display of flags without consent to do so
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS8261867.
Multiple flags hung from lampposts in Morden. Whilst it will probably be argued they are the national flag, doing this without council authority to do so is illegal and we all know they are hung with an intent to intimidate and divide our community. Please take them down. This is not what Morden stands for.
