Temporary traffic lights not working

Temporary traffic lights are not working, and nor are the main ones meaning traffic is not stopping and pedestrians are risking their lifes to cross a busy road. Almost watch a man get hit by a fast moped, missed by a whisker! Generally this has been a terrible temp fix, either they are faulting regularly or the positioning isn't right - constant horn noise from frustrated drivers since these were erected.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. Our team had investigated this for you and found that these are temporary traffic signals in place for roadworks. We have reported this issue to the contractor on your behalf and requested that they attend the location as soon as possible. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer.

These are still not fixed some 8 hours later. There is not traffic control for the entire intersection and bus stop. Pedestrians cannot cross, and some are taking unnecessary risks, as mentioned in my original post. Extremely unsafe.
